Do you offer one-on-one sessions, group programs, or courses?

Currently, I offer one-on-one coaching and will soon be releasing guided workbooks and online programs for self-paced healing and growth. Stay tuned for updates!

Are sessions confidential?

Yes — all sessions are held in strict confidence, with the exception of situations involving potential harm or as required by law. Your privacy and safety are my top priorities.

How do I get started?

What is traumatic stress coaching?

Traumatic stress coaching is a supportive, educational process that helps individuals understand and regulate their stress responses, build resilience, and integrate challenging life experiences. It's designed for people who are ready to grow beyond survival mode and into deeper healing and self-awareness.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health treatment. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My role is to guide, educate, and empower you using trauma-informed tools, somatic awareness, and spiritual insight. I do not judge, evaluate, or give medical advice. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, I encourage you to work with a licensed therapist.

Who is this coaching for?

This work is for motivated individuals who are seeking personal growth, self-healing, and a deeper connection with their inner strength. Many of my clients are spiritually curious, self-aware, and committed to healing patterns rooted in stress or trauma.

What can I expect during a session?

Sessions are conversational, experiential, and educational. We might explore your current stressors, dive into nervous system awareness, or work with embodiment techniques and guided practices. You'll leave with tools to support your nervous system and insights to carry forward in your life.

Do you use a specific method or modality?

My work blends trauma-informed coaching, somatic awareness, spiritual insight, and elements of motivational interviewing. It's integrative and personalized, always honoring your pace and needs.

Is this spiritually focused?

Only if that resonates with you. I offer a soul-centered approach for those open to it, integrating ancient wisdom and inner healing work. If you prefer a more grounded, science-based approach, we can focus on that too.
